Responsibilities
Durchführung von Umgebungsarbeiten und Pflegemaßnahmen
Kontrolle und Wartung technischer Einrichtungen (Heizungen, Strom, etc.)
Unterstützung der Mieter bei Anliegen und Problemen
Selbständige Planung und Durchführung von Reparatur-Einsätzen
Pikett-Einsätze bei Bedarf
Winterdienst
Your profile
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hauswartung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Heizung, Sanitär etc.)
Technisches Know-how im Bereich Heizungen, Strom, etc.
Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zu Pikett-Einsätzen
Deutschkenntnisse auf einem guten Niveau
Führerschein erforderlich
Selbständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Sinn für Sauberkeit/korrekte Funktion
