Responsibilities
Telefonische Auftragsannahme und erfassen von Kundenanliegen rund um Servicetätigkeiten
Einsatzsteuerung der Mitarbeiter
Überwachung termingerechter Durchführung von Vertragsleistungen
Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen
Abstimmung und Koordinationen von Serviceeinsätzen mit dem Kunden
Administrative Unterstützung für den Kundendienst
Your profile
Betriebswirtschaftliches und technisches Verständnis, sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Fähigkeit zur Improvisation
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Computerkenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)
