Beantwortung von E-Mails.
Koordination und Beauftragung von Mitarbeitern.
Auftragserfassung und -verwaltung.
Organisation von Technikern.
Your profile
Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
Erwünschte Kenntnisse in Portugiesisch, Italienisch, Spanisch sind von Vorteil.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Software, vorzugsweise Aduna oder ähnliche Programme.
Kommunikationsfreude und die Fähigkeit, offen mit Menschen umzugehen.
Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Reinigung und Hauswartung oder vergleichbare Verwaltungserfahrung.
